Each of our five planning areas is assigned a staff liaison. The purpose of this role is to:
- Serve as LCPD’s primary point of contact for our regional partners;
- Cultivate relationships with planning partners;
- Assist partners with the implementation of places2040 and other LCPD plans and programs;
- Get acquainted with the characteristics of the local area;
- Contribute to plan reviews and conduct plan signings; and
- Collaborate with the LCPC member representing their region.
Regional liaisons meet regularly to coordinate their efforts and share regional updates.
