Made a commitment to the revitalization of Lancaster’s downtown by moving Steinman Communications and LNP Media Group’s  offices to 101 NQ.

Founded the Lancaster STEM Alliance.

Led the Little Conestoga Creek Blue-Green Corridor initiative.

Worked diligently to maintain a local newspaper at a time when communities around the country are losing their sources of local news.

Guided EDC’s development and implementation of the Economic Recovery Plan which secured $33.4 million in CARES Act funding.

Led the effort to create the EDC’s Center for Regional Analysis.

Served on the Board of Trustees of Lancaster Farmland Trust.
