The E-Submission Portal

Our E-Submission Portal can be used to submit:

•    Community Plans, Maps, and Ordinances (CPOs);

•    Subdivision and/or Land Development Plans; and

•    Some Notifications such as:

• Requests for grant support letters;
• Verifications of County comprehensive plan consistency; 
• Act 14 Notifications;
• Chapter 102 Notifications; and
• DEP ‘Appendix A’ responses.

If you need guidance while registering or completing a submission, please refer to the Help function provided throughout the application. If you submit a question through the portal, it will be forwarded to LCPD’s Applications Coordinator, Farah Eustace. Farah can also be reached at feustace@lancastercountypa.gov or 717-299-8333.
