In March 2025, we held three open houses in and around the Metro area. These events were not intended for the general public, but for planning partners – elected officials, staff, and volunteers who represent municipalities, authorities, school districts, and Partners for Place.
At each of these meetings, we had a brief presentation and information stations where we discussed our recent initiatives including growth area recalibration, simplified zoning, landscape character sectors, e-submissions, data dashboard, TIP process, and Act 167 plan.
