Public Invited to Review Lancaster County’s Draft Parks & Trails Master Plan🌳

Lancaster County Planning Department invites residents and stakeholders to review and comment on the Draft Parks & Trails Master Plan, now available for public input through April 10, 2026. The draft plan focuses on enhancing the county-owned park system as well as the countywide regional trail network to ensure adequate outdoor recreation facilities for current and future generations.  Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your comment.

In addition, the public is invited to an Open House event on Thursday, March 19th, at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, at 101 Champ Boulevard, Manheim, PA 17545. Drop in anytime between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to view maps from the plan and speak with County Planning staff and the consulting team to learn about the draft plan and provide input.
